| 摘 要： | 针对后置客车用发动机存在的增压器压气机机油泄漏问题,进行了增压器台架漏油试验、发动机台架试验及整车跟踪试验,并对增压器漏油的原因进行了分析,在此基础上对整车进气系统的主要零部件空气滤清器、进气管等进行了优化设计,从而减小了进气系统阻力,降低了进气负压,解决了增压器漏油的问题。

| Abstract: | To solve the diesel engine turbocharger oil leakage problem found in some postposition passenger cars,the turbocharger oil leakage and reliability test,diesel engine test and vehicle road test were conducted,then the oil leakage reasons were analyzed.Based on these analyses,the main intake system parts,such as air filter,intake pipe and so on,were optimized,thus reduce air intake resistance and intake negative pressure,and finally the problem was solved. |
