摘    要:本文分析了深度脱硅改造后烧结法二精A/S合格率的现状,根据理论分析和生产现场实践,提出了提高二精A/S合格率的途径:保证-精A/S大于300;钠硅渣彻底分离;保证二次脱硅时间;石灰乳加入量合适.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the present situation of the A/S qualified rate of the second refined fluid in sintering process after the transformation of the further desiliconation.And it proposed the way to increase the A/S qualified rate of the second refined fluid basing on the theoretical analysis and the produced practice in the field.The way included guaranteed the A/S of the first refined fluid is bigger than 300;sodium silicon slag thorough separation;Guaranteed the time of the second desiliconation;appropri...
