摘    要:为了适应各种小型、可移动水力旋流器的油水分离需要 ,从优选其结构方案的布置设计、改善其分离形式、增加其流场旋流强度、提高其分离效率入手 ,着重对其入口旋流供液动力结构及出液口处油水分离形式作以改进。通过大量研究发现所研制的水力旋流器有很好的分离性能。

Abstract:In order to suit small sized and portable hydro cyclones to the demand of oil water separation, some improvements were made for the power structure of liquid supply of rotating flow at the inlet and the oil water separation form at the outlet to optimize the arrangement design of the structure plan, improve the separation form, strengthen the rotating flow of the flow field, raise the separation efficiency. The researches show that the newly developed hydro cyclones had a good separation efficiency.
