| 摘 要： | 增强核心竞争力必须依靠信息化，而信息化的基础就是企业资源计划（即ERP）的导入与应用。作为管理技术与计算机技术的集成，它建立在信息技术基础上，整合了企业管理理念、业务流程、基础数据、人力物力、计算机硬件和软件于一体，对企业可利用的所有内部和外部资源进行综合运营的系统，是以系统化的管理思想为公司决策层及员工提供决策运行手段的管理平台。
