喷墨印刷中纸张性能对印品光泽度的影响研究

该实验采用喷墨打印方式，研究了纸张性能对印品光泽度的影响。研究发现：喷墨印刷中纸张涂层结构、成纸性能对印品光泽度均有很大的影响，具相关性较大。纸张性能对印品光泽度的影响按相关系数排列为：光泽度、定量、粗糙度、表面润湿性能。纸张光泽度、定量与印品光泽度正相关，纸张粗糙度、表面润湿性能与印品光泽度负相关，且纸张光泽度与印品光泽度高度相关。因此，要想得到光泽高的喷墨印品，必须根据用途选用合适的、涂层结构光滑紧密平整的纸张。

the experiment studies the effects of paper properties on sheets glossiness by spray print. The results show coating structure, paper properties have much effect on the sheets glossiness. According to relevance, the paper properties affecting sheets glossiness are aligned as follows： glossiness, GSM, roughness, surface wettability. The paper glossiness and GSM are positively correlation with sheets glossiness, while roughness and surface wettability are negative correlation with sheets glossiness. The glossiness of paper is high positive correlation with sheets glossiness. So the right paper should be selected to achieve high-gloss surface sheets.
