汽轮机高压转子大轴轴颈裂纹无损检测

摘    要:汽轮机高压转子是汽轮机的重要组成部分,主要起到把热能转化为机械能,再把机械能转化为电能的作用。而在运行过程中整个高压转子重力和其他作用力均由高压转子大轴的轴颈上承受,这对轴颈的质量要求非常严格,每次检修时该位置是重要的检测部位,检测轴颈是否有裂纹等缺陷,其原因是裂纹缺陷对大轴安全稳定运行是致命的。通过主要介绍某电厂高压转予轴颈裂纹的无损检测方法,为电厂检修提供可靠的技术保障。

Abstract:HP rotor is the important part of steam turbine. Thermal energy to mechanical energy transformation is implemented by it, then mechanical energy to electric energy transformation is implemented by HP rotor. While in the operation, the whole of HP rotor gravity force and other foroes are endured by HP rotor- journal. Which have very strict requirement of journalquality. This location is the important test site at the time each inspect is made, to see if the journal have cracks. Because crack defects is deadly to safe and stable running of the rotor. The NDT of a power plant steam turbine HP rotor -journal erack is introduced, which offered credible guarantee in technique of maintenance in power plant.
