摘    要:介绍了一起220kV变电站母联开关分闸过程中TV二次空开的跳闸事件,通过对该事件问题的查找和分析,找到了引起TV二次空开跳闸的真正原因:由于保护厂家电压切换插件继电器并列接点在电路板上被焊锡点短接,电压二次切换回路没有及时反映一次状态,导致二次回路非正常并列反充电,在电压切换回路中产生较大的短路电流,最终导致TV二次空开跳闸,针对本次事件,在技术和管理等方面提出控制措施,从而保障了电网的的安全稳定运行。

Cause analysis and control measures for trip of TV secondary air switch

Abstract:An incident of TV secondary air switch trip occurred in a 220kV substation,when it' s bus tie switch tripped,which was introduced. Through analysis of this incident, found out the true cause:due to the parallel contacts of voltage switching plugin relays was short- circuited by solder joint,the secondary voltage couldnt immediate reflect the primary, and occurred abnormal paratactie reverse charge in secondary circuit, and produced larger short -circuit current in voltage switching circuit, which lead to TV secondary air switch tripped. Through analysis of this incidengt, some control measures were proposed in technology and management, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the grid.
