天然聚糖功能基对ASA乳化和施胶效果的影响

摘    要:为了深入研究影响ASA乳化和施胶效果的因素,选用了几种结构类似的聚合物作为ASA乳化剂,研究了其乳化和所得ASA乳液的施胶性能,并通过全反射红外光谱的方法分析了影响ASA乳化和施胶的因素。结果表明,一定量的羧基会促进ASA的乳化并提高施胶度,甲氧基可以促进乳化但并没有带来好的施胶效果,氨基不利于ASA的乳化,为ASA的应用中开发更合理的乳化剂提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:To research the influences of functional groups on ASA emulsification and sizing ,Several polysaccharides were used as emulsifying agent to emulsify ASA. The properties of emulsion and sizing were studied, and the facts influencing ASA emulsion and sizing were expored with ATR. The results showed that the carboxyl within proper mount may promote the ASA emulsion as far as the sizing degree, the methoxyl could not promote the sizing degree but the emulsion; amino played a negative action to ASA emulsion. The result provided some academic foundation for the choice of ASA emulsifier.
