| 摘 要： | 该文介绍了我们自行研制的高熟化改性AKD表面施胶剂在生产无碳复写原纸上的应用情况,并且对表面施胶机理进行了分析。应用表明该表面施胶剂的施胶效果较好,下机熟化率能达到87%,施胶成本低于中性施胶。并且能够很好的解决纸机系统的胶黏物积累问题。

| Abstract: | The article introduced application of highly curing modified AKD surface sizing agent that developed ourselves in the production of no carbon required base paper,and analysed the principle of surface sizing agent. The application indicated the effects of surface sizing agent was preferable,the curing rate could achieve 87%, the cost was cheap than neutral sizing.It also could solve the stickies accumulate problem in paper machine system. |
