摘 要: | 介绍贵州鸭溪金元发电运营有限公司1号至4号锅炉引风机变频调速改造的顺控设备的逻辑设计、逻辑组态;引风机在机组发生异常时引风机工频与变频方式自动切换的逻辑设计、逻辑组态;炉膛负压调节如何在引风机工频运行方式和变频运行方式切换时实现最小扰动的逻辑设计、逻辑组态;引风机增加变频器控制后的运行操作设计,既要满足系统运行要求,又要最大限度节能,将烟气系统运行的稳定性、经济性提高到最大极限。

Abstract: | This paper introduces the logic design and logic configuration of the Yaxi Electric Power Plant No. 1 to No. 4 boiler induced draft fans inverter - driven transformation sequence equipment, induced draft fans power frequency and frequency conversion mode au- tomatic switchover if an exception occurs, and hearth draft control realizing minimum disturbance when power frequency and frequency conversion mode are changing. Induced draft fans operation design after increasing inverter - driven control, it should not only satisfy with system operation request, but also maximize energy conservation efficiency, which will raise to the maximum limit of Flue gas sys- tem ooeration stability and economy. |
