| Abstract: | Demand side management （DSM） can guide the customers change and optimize the power consumption way , reasonable dis- position and use electric resources, rise terminal to use electric efficiency of the customers, which achieved the effect of saving energy and protect the environment, promoted the power supply and demand balance, improved the electric energy efficiency. |
