摘    要:综述了几种新型结构Y2O3:Eu3+发光材料的研究进展.详细介绍了核壳结构球形SiO2/Y2O3:Eu3+发光材料的合成方法,该方法可以大大降低荧光粉的成本.同时,还介绍了纳米Y2O3:Eu3+颗粒的表面修饰以及一维纳米结构材料的合成技术,并对各种合成方法所得产品的粒径、发光性能做了分析和比较,同时对各种方法的特点进行了归纳和总结.

Abstract:The recent achievements in research on the Y2O3:Eu 3+ novel structural phosphor was reviewed.A new method for preparing core-shell SiO2/Y2O3:Eu 3+ phosphor was introduced in detail.This method can reduce the cost of Y2O3:Eu 3+ phosphor.The surface modification of the Y2O3:Eu 3+ nanoparticles and the synthesizing of one-dimensional nanostructure were discussed as well.The luminescent behaviors and particle sizes of the phosphor powders were analyzed and compared.The characteristics of these methods were summ...
