浅部采空区地基处理方法的研究及其在工程上的应用

摘    要:通过对采空区煤层顶板塌落松散岩土体工程性质的分析,从技术和经济等角度出发,对桩基及渗透式注浆、浆柱式注浆等几种采空区处理方法的机理及其适应范围进行分析,并结合工程实例,选用渗透式注浆进行采空区地基处理。加固后的工程表明,地基强度得到明显改善,能够满足上部岩土体及拟建高层建筑物对其强度、压缩变形的要求。

Abstract:This paper has studied the mechanism and the applied range of some foundation treatment method including pile foundation, flushing and ground clumns by analysing the engineering character of the loose bed resulting from coal seam top collapsing in mined-out area.Applying to the case, the authors have selected flushing to treat building in mined-out area (Xuzhou). As a reasult, the foundation strength was improved remarkably and could satisfy the requirement of the upper rock body and building for compressive deformation.
