切粒机的动刀齿数改变后的控制

摘    要:分析喂料罗拉与旋转动刀转速的关系和控制原理 ,找出动刀齿数改变后的PLC程序的解决办法 ,利用动刀电机速度与喂料罗拉电机速度的比值K(切片长度系数 )来调整变齿数后的前者速度 ,并修改相应的程序使之匹配。现场实验数据表明 ,理论计算值与实际值误差很小 ,仅为± 0 .5 %。

Abstract:The relation and control theory between feed roller and speed of rotor is analysized.The solving method of PLC program with the change of rotor teeth number is founded out . The ratio K of rotor electrical machinery speed to that of feed roller is used to adjust the former speed which the teeth number is changed ,the corresponding program is modified to match the change .Worksite test data indicated that the error between theoretical value and practicle value is minor,it is only ±0.5%.
