| 摘 要： | 根据白肋烟叶的化学组成特点，从参与或催化中和反应及棕化反应方面提出了糖、酸、碱白肋烟料剂处理法，并在此基础上提出了糖酸和糖碱混合物两种基本白肋烟料剂处理法。初步试验结果表明，糖酸和糖碱混合物均有减轻白肋烟杂气、降低刺激和改善吸味的作用，糖碱混合物的处理效果比糖酸稍好。

| Abstract: | According to the concept of neutral reaction and browning reaction,suggestion on casing was proposed theoretically from characteristics of burley tobacco chemical composition. Reducing sugar, acid, alkali, reducing sugar acid, and reducing sugar alkali could be used as casing meterial. These casing materials could take part in or catalyze reactions in burley tobacco during processing, such as neutral reaction and browing reaction. The result of preliminary experiment showed that reducing sugar acid and reducing sugar alkali had functions for alleviating stimulation, reducing offensive odor, and improving taste of burley tobacco, and casing effect of reducing sugar alkali was better than reducing sugar acid. |
