锅炉监控系统的设计和实现

摘    要:目前国内仍然存在许多传统指针式仪表锅炉,这些锅炉生产水平差,迫切需要改造。以某轮胎公司的锅炉为例,介绍了一种基于VisualBasic6.0的锅炉监控系统。阐述了该锅炉监控系统的组成、关键技术和算法。该系统具有数据采集、实时控制、在线查询、通信打印等功能,操作简单。在一定的范围内系统可以根据实际的需要进行软硬件的配置,拓展性强。

Abstract:At present, there are still many boilers controlled by traditional indication instruments in China. The production level of these boilers is poor and the retrofits are necessary. With the boiler in certain tire company as example, a boiler monitoring system based on Visual Basic 6.0 is introduced. The composition, critical technologies and algorithms of this monitoring system are described. The system is offering the functions of data acquisition, real-time control, online inquiry, communication and printout. The operation of the system is simple. Within certain range, the system hardware and software can be configured in accordance with specific requirements, the system is highly expandable.
