锅炉监控系统的设计和实现

Design and Implementation of Boiler Monitoring System

At present, there are still many boilers controlled by traditional indication instruments in China. The production level of these boilers is poor and the retrofits are necessary. With the boiler in certain tire company as example, a boiler monitoring system based on Visual Basic 6.0 is introduced. The composition, critical technologies and algorithms of this monitoring system are described. The system is offering the functions of data acquisition, real-time control, online inquiry, communication and printout. The operation of the system is simple. Within certain range, the system hardware and software can be configured in accordance with specific requirements, the system is highly expandable.
