| 摘 要： | 研究了利用ICP发射光谱仪测定普碳钢、低合金钢中 2 3种元素的方法 ,确定了各元素的检出限、检测下限 ,给出了各元素的测试含量范围 ,在实际应用中本法具有准确度高、精密度好、灵敏度高的特点。
