摘    要:裂解工艺是汽车发动机连杆制造的一项新技术,与传统加工方法相比,该工艺具有提高产品质量、降低生产成本、减少加工工序、设备和工具投资以及节省能源等突出优点。主要介绍了连杆裂解工艺及主要裂解加工装备。

Abstract:Fracture splitting process is a new technology of automobile engine connecting rod manufacturing. Compared with the traditional method, this process has the advantages of improving the products quality, reducing the cost, the processes and investment for equipment and tool. In this paper, the connecting rod fracture splitting process and main equipment for fracture splitting were introduced.
