钢纤维自密实混凝土性能试验研究

摘    要:为了充分发挥钢纤维混凝土高强高韧性和自密实混凝土优良的施工性能,对原材料进行优化选择,并合理设计配合比,成功配制出高性能钢纤维自密实混凝土。主要进行了钢纤维自密实混凝土力学性能试验研究和工艺性能试验研究。研究结果表明:钢纤维自密实混凝土力学性能优良,钢纤维分散均匀性良好,适用于配筋密集、作业空间小以及其他复杂工程结构中。

Experimental research on performance of steel fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete

Abstract:In order to fully exert the high strength and high toughness of steel fiber concrete and the good construction performance of self-compacting concrete, a high performance steel fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete is produced based on the optimal selection of raw materials and the reasonable design for mix proportion. In this paper, experimental study on mechanical property and research results on workability of the steel fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete are mainly introduced. The results show that steel fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete has excellent mechanical properties, good dispersible uniformity of steel fiber, which is suitable for the section of densely-packed reinforcement, small workspace and other complex shapes.
