摘    要:【摘要】龙口水电站4号机组有两个同期点:804开关和204开关。在选204开关为同期点时,开机时间较长,操作较繁琐。针对这一问题,开展了QC活动,对开机时间的问题进行研究分析,找出了主要原因,提出同期回路改造和完善流程的对策,并进行现场实际操作,最终缩短了开机时间。

Abstract:Longkou Hydropower Station No. 4 Unit has two synchronous points: 804-switch and 204-switch. When 204- switch is selected as synchronous point, the starting time is longer, and operation is more complicated. QC activities are carried out aiming at the problem. The starting time problem is studied and analyzed to find out main reasons. Synchronous loop transformation and flow improvement countermeasures are proposed. Site practical operation is conducted, and the starting time is shortened finally.
