| 摘 要： | 介绍了特大型精密汽轮发电机双扇形冲模的开发过程,指出了该类型模具的关键特殊点和特定的处理方法。模具经厂家使用,尺寸精度和尺寸一致性,毛刺等全部在0.02 mm的要求内,稳定性好,完全达到了要求,具有很高的技术经济性。

| Abstract: | The development process of bisector shape punching die for oversize and precision steam turbo generator was introduced. The key points in design and the particular dealing measures were indicated. The die is practically feasible with dimension precision and burr within 0.02mm, and it is pretty stable in operation and finds high economic values. |
