| 摘 要： | 系统介绍了目前实现“首长信箱”的几种技术,分别对技术进行了详细的分析与探讨,通过对四种技术方案实现与安全的分析,文中最后指出在目前阶段。WEB邮件方式与数据库方式是较为实用的方式。
