甲醛低聚反应研究

摘    要:以甲缩醛为原料合成聚缩醛二甲醚,考察了催化剂、反应温度、物料配比、反应时『司、搅拌转速等因素对反应的影响。结果表明:以树脂为催化剂,催化剂用量5、vt%左右,甲醛和甲缩醛的摩尔比为1.0~1.5:1,反应温度96~105℃,搅拌转速为600~800r/min,通入的N2初始压力0.8~1.0MPa。在此条件下反应4~6h,反应转化率达到65%左右,选择性为90%左右。

Abstract:In the paper, Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether was synthesized using dimethoxy methane (DMM) and paraformaldehyde (PF) as raw materials. Acidic cation exchange resin was chose as the catalyst which had higher activity. The influence of the reaction time and temperature, the amount of catalyst, the raw materials molar ratio and such, on the reaction results in a batch mode was investigated. The optimum conditions for producing were as follows: raw materials molar ratio : n (PF) : n (DMM) - 1.0-1.5 : 1, temperature maintained at about 90~105℃, amount of catalyst added: 5 wt%, N2 initial pressure: 0.8-1.0 MPa, agitation speed 600-800 r/min, reaction time ; 4-6 h. DMM conversion and the product selectivity were about 68 % and 90 % respectively.
