摘    要:结合临沂市沂河小埠东橡胶坝工程实例 ,对目前国内充水式橡胶坝螺栓压板锚固方面存在的主要技术问题进行全面分析 .比较了橡胶坝上下游侧不同锚固受力条件 ,对锚栓直径及预埋长度进行改进 ,提出一次浇筑锚固件组合体、锚固件防锈蚀处理、锚固线上防渗漏处理等新技术措施 ,并应用于实际工程建设 ,取得较好的技术经济效果

Abstract:In combination with the rubber dam project at Xiaobudong on the Yihe River at Linyi City, the major technical problems in bolt clip anchoring of water filling rubber dams are fully analyzed. Through the comparison of different anchoring stress conditions of rubber dams on the upper and lower reaches, some improvement on the embedded length and the diameter of anchor bolts is made. New techniques, such as the one time casting of the anchoring elements, anti corrosion treatment of anchoring elements and anti seepage treatment of the anchorage lines are proposed, which have been used in the construction of engineering projects and generated great economic benefits.
