摘    要:以桑椹、玫瑰为主要原料,研制出一种营养丰富、色泽美观的发酵型桑椹玫瑰复合果酒,对产品配方、发酵工艺条件进行了初步的分析探讨。

Abstract:Taking mulberry-capsule and rosarugosa as main material,a compound fruit wine was developed,it had abundant nutrition and handsome color. product ingredient and technology condition were analyzed and discussed in the paper.
