| Abstract: | The management and control of cost for a construction project are a dynamic process. The variety of market economy makes it difficult to set and control a project investment. The engineering cost management must be carried out throughout the whole project, comprehensively or selectively; and it is in particular crucial in the implementation stage of the project. |
