| 摘 要： | 设计了一种基于ControlLogix控制系统和SERCOS网络的伺服系统,应用相应软件设计了控制程序和监控系统.实际运行结果表明,所设计的系统具有良好的实时性,监控系统操作方便,能够实现精确地定位控制、多轴协调运动;同时可实现多轴轨迹运动插补控制,并能保证较小的运动误差.
