摘    要:“标准指纹图谱”是指在固定的分析方法(包括仪器配置、操作条件、色谱柱及分离条件等)下,能够稳定、真实、全面反映分析对象个性特征的唯一性图谱。利用“指纹图谱”和感官品评的方式结合对白酒酒质进行评价具有其科学性和可靠性;可以提高白酒酒质评价手段的可靠性和可操作性;也可实现对分析数据稳定性、重复性的评价。

Abstract:"Standard fingerprint" techniques referred to the unique atlas under invariable analytic methods(including locations of apparatus,operation conditions,chromatographic column,and separation conditions etc.),which could authentically and fully reflect the individual characteristics of the analytic objects.The combination of "fingerprint" with sensory tasting in the evaluation of liquor quality,which was scientific and reliable,could not only improve the reliability and operability of the evaluation but also realize the evaluation of the stability and repeatability of the analytic data.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
