摘    要:以超声波辅助提取灵芝孢子粉多糖,采用高效体积排阻色谱法分析和比较不同产地和不同厂家的灵芝孢子粉多糖相对分子质量的分布.结果表明,不同来源的孢子粉样品的多糖含量和分子量分布均有较大差异,且多糖含量和相对分子量大小顺序明显不同,故多糖分子量分布也应作为孢子粉的主要质量指标之一.

Abstract:The relative molecular mass distributions of polysaccharides obtained with ultrasound-assisted extraction from different Ganoderma lucidum spore powder samples were determined and compared by high-performance size-exclusion chromatography(HPSEC).The results showed that there are significant difference among the contents and the relative molecular mass distributions of polysaccharides of Ganoderma lucidum spore powders from 18 different cultivation region,and the size orders of relative molecular mass of the...
