| 摘 要： | 阐明了工程量清单的定义、作用及要求,对工程量清单报价的工程造价控制进行了分析,提出了相应的造价控制重点和有针对性的措施,为业主节约了投资,也为投标单位控制成本、提高利润提供了机会。
