叠层材料的热弹塑性应力分析

摘    要:以三层叠层材料为例,基于Suresh等人建立的热弹塑性变形理论,考虑金属层从两侧均出现塑性区域的可能。建立了叠层材料热弹塑性分析的理论模型,给出了叠层材料在热载荷作用下完整的热弹塑性变形历史、热弹性一塑性临界温度和热应力分析公式,推广和完善了Suresh等人的热弹塑性变形理论.

Abstract:Based on the thermal elastoplastic theory derived by Suresh, et al, a new theoretical model was developed to deal with the thermal stresses analysis for the multilayered materials. The possibility of the onset of plasticity from both sides of metal layer was considered. The complete history of thermal elastoplastic deformation of the multilayered materials under thermal loading was given and the formulas for the definition of the thermal elastic-plastic transform temperatures and the thermal stresses were obtained.
