| Abstract: | Focusing on the characteristics of the Cable TV system projects, this paper introduces amply the varieties, the modes and the prerequisites of the bids and tenders for the construction of the cable TV system and according to the regulations and procedures set by Bids and Tenders Law, details the organization and examination of the baseline for tenders and the relevant document preparation and principles of making, assessing and winning of the tenders. |
