铝合金型材拉弯成形研究进展

摘    要:文章着重对封闭截面型材的拉弯成形 ,从型材力学性能研究、起皱、截面畸变和回弹 4个方面简述目前研究状况 ,提出了若干需着重研究的基础性问题和今后研究发展的方向 ,并对型材拉弯成形研究的发展趋势进行了展望

Abstract:Large extrusion bending parts are the main frame par ts of aero craft and extrusion stretch- bending is an considerably important form ing process in aeronautics and astronautics industry. In recent years, the incre asing attention paid on the air pollution speeds up the process of vehicles ligh ting and spreads the use of the aluminium extrusions in automotive production. T his paper presents a summarization of the research works emphasizing close-sect ion extrusions stretch-bending forming from four aspects, i.e. material propert ies, cross section deformation, wrinkle and spring back. We propose the current basic research emphases and forecast the tendency of the stretch-bending formin g works.
