| 摘 要： | 为提高地面雷达弹道导弹预警系统作战效能，根据WSEIAC所给出的效能定义，建立了评价地面雷达弹道导弹预警系统效能的数学模型，并分别对系统效能的有效性、可信赖性、能力等3项指标进行了分析，给出了预警系统效能的计算方法．该数学模型实现了地面雷达弹道导弹预警系统效能的定量分析． |

| Abstract: | For the purpose of improving the operation effectiveness of ballistic missile early warning system m ground radar, a mathematical model on evaluating effectiveness of ballistic missile early warning system of ground radar was built up, in terms of the effectiveness defined by WSEIAC. And the three performance indexes, such as system effectiveness, availability and capacity, were analyzed. The calculating method of early warning system effectiveness was also given. Quantitative analysis of efficiency on ballistic missile early warning system in ground radar was realized by using the mathematic model. |
