四氯化碳加氢制氯仿Pt-Pd/C催化剂的制备与研究
摘    要:在FYX -1型 1L高压反应釜上考察了Pt/C、Pt-Pd/C催化剂对四氯化碳加氢制氯仿反应性能的影响。结果表明 ,在反应温度 12 5℃、H2 压力 4 0MPa和CCl4的质量分数 12 0 %时 ,0 0 5 %Pt-0 0 5 %Pd/2 0~ 40目C催化剂表现出较好的加氢反应活性 ,其CCl4的转化率和CHCl3 的选择性均达到 95 %~ 97%。

Studies of Pt-Pd/C Catalyst for Hydrogenation of CCl_4 to CHCl_3
Abstract:WT5BZ]Hydrogenation of carbon tetrachloride(CCl 4)to chloroform(CHCl 3) was investigated by using Pt/C,and Pt-Pd/C catalysts in the FYX-1 type 1 liter high pressure reaction vessel.Experimental results demonstrate that 0 05% Pt-0 05% Pd/20~40 mesh C catalyst has an excellent activity for CCl 4 hydrogenation under the conditions of reaction temperature 125 ℃,H 2 pressure 4 0 MPa and CCl 4 weight concentration 12 0%.CCl 4 conversion and CHCl 3 selectivity both reach 95%~97%.This studies will open up a new road for CCl 4 comprehensive utilization.
