| 摘 要： | 为了实现折页机的自动预置功能,对折页模式进行了归类与分解.基于折页模式与折页单元的组配关系分析,探讨了折页机的自动预置原理,开发了自动预置功能软件.该软件可以判断折页机能否完成预期的折页任务,针对可完成的折页模式能组配参与工作的折页单元,实现折页机的自动预置.

| Abstract: | In order to realize a folder's automatic pre-position function,the folding patterns are classified and decomposed.Based on the corresponding relationship analysis between folding patterns and folding units,a automatic pre-position principle is discussed,and the automatic pro-position function software is developed.The software can judge whether a folder can finish a desired folding task.And it can also choose the working folding units and finish the folder's automatic pro-position. |
