Through in-depth analysis and induction of fault diagnosis and maintenance of computer hardware this paper sums up the computer hardware troubleshooting features, and gives the hardware fault diagnosis system of the framework. By using computer hardware failure historical data to establish a case base, and the nearest neighbor method to calculate similarity in the case retrieval, the similarity calculation examples are given, and the fault diagnosis system is founded.
