炮弹模拟发射过程的动力学建模与试验

摘    要:针对炮弹发射过程,设计了一种能够模拟膛内最高压力及炮口压力的发射装置,描述了此装置的结构及其工作原理,建立了工作过程的数学模型,给出了试验与计算机数值计算结果的对比分析.结果表明此装置可以较好地模拟火炮膛内及炮口压力,只需更换不同的连接体,就可用于各种口径弹丸零部件的测试,为大口径炮弹弹底零部件强度、工作可靠性等性能的考核提供了一种有效方法.

Abstract:Based on the classical internal ballistics and the principle of artillery shoot, a device was designed for simulating the maximum pressure in bore and the muzzle pressure. The structure and its principle was introdued, and a mathematical model was established. The experimental results were compared with that of the numerical simulation. The results indicate that the device can effectively simulate the in bore and the muzzle pressures. It can be used for measuring the projectiles of different calibre by exchanging different connection body. This can provide an effective method for examing the intensity and reliability of the artillery ammunition parts.
