| 摘 要： | 将各种不同乳化剂用于酶处理羊毛低温染色工艺中,对其上染率进行了比较,筛选出乳化剂ST-0及其最佳工艺,确定乳化剂ST-0的用量为0.5%(owf).探讨了乳化剂ST-0对蛋白酶处理及低温染色的作用机理,结果表明乳化剂用于酶处理羊毛低温染色工艺,可提高染料的上染率,降低蛋白酶用量,且织物手感柔软,物理机械性能优于沸染工艺.

| Abstract: | The paper studied on some emulsifying agents used on low-temperature wool dyeing,which treated by enzyme,and compared the rate of dyeing.It showed that the suitable emulsifying agent was ST-0 and its concentration was 0.5%(owf).It also researched the mechanism of ST-0 to protein enzyme and low-temperature dyeing.It has researched the dyeing process.The fabrics dyeing with low-temperature has soft handle,high dyeing rate and good physical properties.The dosage of protein enzyme can be reduced. |
