改性黄麻纤维增强聚氨酯硬泡性能的研究

摘    要:采用碱处理工艺对黄麻纤维进行了表面改性,提高了纤维对基体树脂的浸润性,改善了纤维与树脂基体的界面粘结。研制了一种新型的黄麻纤维增强硬质聚氨酯结构泡沫材料。测试结果发现,碱处理后纤维表面出现沟槽和裂纹,拔出的单丝纤维表面包覆有聚氨酯基体,纤维与基体结合紧密。压缩性能实验结果表明,添加改性纤维的复合材料,其压缩强度明显提高,当纤维质量分数为3.0%时,复合材料的压缩强度达到最大值(8.01 MPa);纤维质量分数为3.0%、长度为3 mm的短切纤维的增强效果较好;随着纤维含量和长度的增加,复合材料的压缩模量亦随之增大。

Abstract:Alkaline processing was applied for the surface treatment of jute fiber.It will be improved the soakage property and interface combination between the fiber and resin.So a new kind of rigid polyurethane foam reinforced with treated jute fiber was fabricated.After alkaline treatment,the surface of the fiber was discovered grooves and cracks.And the surface of sole fiber which was pulled out from the foam was covered with polyurethane.The results showed that the combination between the fiber and polymer was firm.The experiment results of compressive properties indicated that the compressive strength of samples reinforced with modified fiber was obviously improved.When the weight percent of the fiber content was 3.0%,the composite materials had a desirable compressive strength(8.01 MPa);When the fiber length was 3 mm(weight percent 3.0%),the composite materials had a better reinforcing effect.With the increasing of the fiber length and content,the compressive modulus of the composite materials was also increased.
