基于品质功能展开的产品优化设计

研究品质功能展开（QFD）的产品优化设计问题，考虑产品设计过程中的设计预算，通过引进计划可达水平，实际可达水平等概念，提出了产品优化设计的用户总体满意模型，该方法综合考虑了设计预算和各设计属性的实际可达水平需求以及各设计属性之间的相关性作用，更能反映设计过程的实际情况。

Quality function deployment based product optimization design

Product optimization design problem is considered with QFD. By introducing new concepts of actualachieveddegreeofattainmentand planned degree of attainment of design attributes (DA), primary costs required, actual primary costs required and actual planned costs, a model embedding the constraintsofdesign budgetandsometechnicalrequirementisdeveloped.With this model the relationshipbetweendegreeofattainmentofDAs,especially the budget allocation for them are explored.Thismodelreflects the real-world quality design problem. An illustrated example is also presented.
