防砂筛管受热变形分析

摘    要:为提高稠油热采井防砂效果,基于线弹性热—固耦合理论,考虑筛管弹性模量及屈服强度随温度变化、钻孔对筛管中心管强度影响,利用FEPG系统开发了防砂筛管热稳定性分析有限元程序,对不同工况下防砂筛管稳定性进行了模拟。其模拟结果表明,筛管弹性模量及屈服强度受温度影响较大,随着温度的升高、口袋沉砂密实程度的增大,防砂管柱等效应力逐渐增加。同时,采用动态位移边界对热力补偿器进行建模,热力补偿器的配备可显著增强防砂管柱稳定性。
