枇杷叶总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了从枇杷叶中提取黄酮的生产工艺.将枇杷叶煎煮液经大孔树脂吸附,用70%乙醇洗脱,洗脱液浓缩后用乙醇溶解,沉淀去杂后减压浓缩,经真空干燥,得到黄色粉末,其黄酮含量43%以上.

Abstract:Study the productive technology of flavonoids extract from leaves of loquat.The leaves of loquat was extracted with boiling water. The filtrate were adsorbed on macroporous exchange resin and eluted by 70 % ethanol. The alcoholic eluate after concentration was dissolved with ethanol. Filter the solution to remove, insoluble sediments, decompress and concentrate the solution to extract. Then dry in vacuum to obtain yellow powder. The total flavonoids contents was over 43 %.
