铝柱撑膨润土的微波制备及其表征

摘    要:以广西宁明膨润土为原料 ,采用微波法制备了铝柱撑膨润土 ,并以FT IR、XRD、低温氮吸附 脱附等测试手段对制备的铝柱撑膨润土进行了结构及表面性能表征。实验结果表明 ,微波法制备的铝柱撑膨润土比表面积大、孔径分布集中、热稳定性好 ,可望制成性能优越的催化剂载体及吸附剂

Abstract:A bentonite from Ningmin of Guangxi was used as raw material to prepare A1-pillared bentonite by using microware irradiation method.The texture structure and surface properties of A1-pillared bentonite were characterized by modern techniques such as XRD,nitrogen adsorption-desorption and FT-IR).The results indicated that A1-pillared bentonite prepared with microwave irradiation is of large surface area,narrow pore size distribution and good thermal stability,it can be used as catalyst carrier or adsorbent with excellent properties.
