埋地钢管沟下涂层更换的高效流水作业

摘    要:以往埋地钢管沟下涂层更换大修工程多采用手工操作完成,存在工效低,操作条件恶劣,新涂层质量不稳定和材料单耗高等缺陷。为此,近年来开发设计出机械施工机具系统,主要有去除原涂层的高压喷水机、处理钢管表面的摆动喷丸机、施工新涂层的缠绕机或喷涂机和支撑钢管的快速开合式支架。介绍了这些机具的原理、施工程序和组织。现场使用表明,采用机具系统施工比手工操作可提高工效10倍以上,磨料消耗降低45%;若短管清理机具与长管清理机具配套使用,可实现涂层更换的高效流水作业。

Abstract:Coat replacement of buried pipelines used to be carried out by hand. This method has the disadvantages of low efficiency, bad coat quality and more material consumption. Thereby a construction machinery system is design, which consists of high pressure water jet machine for old coat removal, shot peening machine for steel pipe surface treatment, new coat spraying machine and steel pipe support. The operating principle and procedure of these machines are introduced. On site use shows that, by using the machinery system, the working efficiency is improved by 10 times in comparison with the operation by hand, and the grinding material consumption is reduced by 45%. By using the long pipe cleaning machines with the short pipe cleaning machines, high efficiency continuous coat replacement can be carried out.
