摘    要:本文以碘化物萃取法使锡与主体钼分离,然后以茜素紫为显色剂,用异戊醇萃取比色测定微量的锡。其中进行了选择络合物的最大吸收峰的试验,同时对于显色酸度的影响,显色剂的用量,共存离子的影响以及络合物的稳定时间等进行了一些实验。确定了用茜素紫为显色剂测定锡的比色条件。

Abstract:The text separated tin from the main part molybdenum oxide by using the iodination extraction method,alizarin red was used as colour developing agent,and the isoamyle alcohol extraction method was used to determinate microscale tin.The max peak of complex was chosen from many tests.Many experiments were made in order to know the influence of the acidity of colour developing,the volume of developer,the coexist ion and the stabilization period of the complex.The alizarin red was chosen as colour developing agent when determinating the tin.
