| 摘 要： | 根据对项目经理素质的分析，建立了未确知测度模型，对项目经理的素质进行综合评价，提供了一种定量、定性相结合的项目经理素质综合评价的新途径，并用实例说明此模型的应用，总结得出了该综合评价模型的特点。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis of the quality of the program managers, the paper establishes the unidentified measured model, tmdertakes the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the program manager, provides the new channel for the comprehensive evaluation of the program manager＇s quality combining with the qualitative and quantitative, indicates the application of the model, and concludes the characteristics of the comprehensive evaluation model. |
