凝固模拟CAE嵌入式造型系统的研究与开发

摘    要:研究了服务于凝固模拟的嵌入式CAD系统。基于OpenGL技术开发了构造铸件的浇注系统、冒口、冷铁等所需的基本体素,进而与Pro/E、UG等系统生成的铸件三维实体进行精确定位装配,从而形成完整的铸造工艺系统。实践证明该技术的应用可以方便铸造工艺的修改,有力地推动凝固模拟技术的实用化。

Abstract:An embedded CAD system that serves solidification simulation was studied. The gating system, risers, chills and all kinds of necessary basic entities were developed based on the OpenGL technique, and then assembled with the 3D model of the casting generated from the systems of Pro / E, UG and so on to form an integrated foundry method system. The practice proved that it is possible by using this system to make the modification of foundry method to be more convenient, that will effectively promote the practical application of the solidification simulation technology.
