摘    要:某氧化铝厂赤泥除含大量的Fe_2O_3、Al_2O_3和Na_2O外,其Ga_2O_3含量高达96.25mg/kg。采用电解废旧阴极高温还原赤泥分离铁、铝、钠的过程中,除获得铝和钠的高效回收外,Ga_2O_3浸出率高达90.41%,浸出液中Ga_2O_3的浓度为7.19mg/L,具有回收价值。采用树脂离子交换工艺对还原性烧结熟料浸出液中的镓进行富集回收,结果表明,最适宜镓吸附条件为:LSC-700树脂用量0.6g/L、温度(50±0.5)℃、接触时间24h、振荡速率120r/min,镓吸附效率为52.13%;对镓负载树脂采用酸法解吸,镓的平均解吸率为92.29%,解吸溶液含镓平均86.43mg/L,比初次浸出溶液(7.19mg/L)和二次循环浸出溶液(21.62mg/L)分别富集了12倍和4倍。

Abstract:Ga2O3 content in red mud from one alumina company is as high as 96.25 mg/kg in addition to a large amount of Fe2O3, Al2O3 and Na2O. 90.41% of gallium as well as most of Al2O3 and Na2O were leached through reductive sintering-leaching process with spent pot-lining as reductant. Gallium in leachate was considered as a recovery valuable component due to its concentration of 7.19 mg/L. Ion-exchange process was employed to extract gallium from leachate. The results indicate that gallium adsorption rate is 52.13% under optimum conditions including resin dosage of 0.6 g/mL, temperature of (50±0.5) °C, adsorption time of 24 h, and oscillation rate of 120 r/min. Average desorption rate of 92.29% for gallium-loaded resin is achieved with dilute sulfuric acid as desorption reagent. Gallium concentration in desorption solution is 86.43 mg/L, which is enriched by 12 and 4 times compared to the initial leaching solution of 7.19 mg/L and the secondary re-circulation solution of 21.62 mg/L, respectively.
