我国城市设计精细化管理再思考

我国高速城镇化发展进程中长期 存在一个现象,即城市设计的实践与管理不 对等，其表现为长期粗放的城市设计管理模 式，为城市设计目标的实现带来了诸多障碍。 城市设计是塑造城市空间的重要途径，城市 设计精细化管理成为当前的热议话题，也是 城市发展的必然要求。本文在分析总结国内 外城市设计管理的经验的基础上，从问题视 角、技术工具、成果指标、内容对接、体系运 作、法规保障等六个方面提出了城市设计精 细化管理的建议。

Rethinking of the Detailed Management of Urban Design in China

One phenomenon in the rapid urbanization of our country is that the urban design practice and management are unequal, and the long-term extensive urban design management pattern brings many obstacles to the realization of urban design goals. Urban design is an important means of shaping urban space, and detailed management in urban design has become a hot topic, as well as an inevitable requirement for urban development. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the experience on urban design management both domestic and abroad, this paper puts forward suggestions on detailed management in urban design from the aspect of problem perspective, technical tools, outcome indicators, content docking, system operation and legal protection.
